england.db, deutschland.db, espana.db - Pre-Built Single-File SQLite Databases Released

Hello,

As an experiment I have added / released pre-built single-file
SQLite database for the England, Deutschland (Germany), Espana (Spain)
datasets.

See the

- england.db (~9 MiB) [1],
- deutschland.db (~5 MiB) [2], and
- espana.db (~1 MiB) [3]

release pages and downloads. If there's any interest I try to make
it into a regular update (e.g. maybe every six month or such or every
season)
