Error during setup on Heroku

I'm trying to install on Heroku, following the Read ME file, but when I try to push files to server I'm receiving this error below:

Hello,
Sorry to tell you that the sportsbook is currently out-of-support
- there's only so much I can do. For now all work is focused on the
underlying (open) data machinery, that is, sportdb. All the best.
