England Football.TXT Datasets Reformatted - Now Incl. Complete Premier League

Hello,

I'm working on a new "in-situ" reformatter / pretty printer [1] and I'm happy
to announce that the first experiments on the England Football.TXT
datasets [2] are working out great.

I have reformatted all datasets and added some missing seasons to complete
the English Premier League all the way back to 1992/93 [3], that is,
to the very first season starting with 22 clubs.

If anyone tries out the updated datatsets, please tell how it goes.
