I cannot persuade sportdb to install the england db. I have tries sportb from `gem install sportdb` and from github checkout (both v2.3.1 running on Ruby 2.5.1). Running `sportdb new england` gives:

This is on ubuntu WSL running under windows 10. As far as I can see, sportdb just doesn't work at the moment. Am I doing something wrong?
