New football.json Auto-Update Scripts Running Nightly (Thanks to GitHub Actions)

Hello,

I've reworked the auto-update scripts for the football.json datasets [1].

You can find the new machinery in and all the scripts at
the yorobot/football.json repo [2]
using a nightly (that is, running once a night/day) GitHub Actions
workflow [3a][3b].

Note: Using the football.json scripts you can also build yourself
a fresh copy (of football.json datasets) from scratch / zero
on your local machine in four steps:

$ bundle install
$ yo clone
$ yo -r ./boot build
$ yo -r ./boot json DEBUG=true

If anyone tries out the new machinery / scripts, let us know how it goes.
