Request: Travel Time Radius generator

I'm wondering if OpenSphere is still alive, if integrating a travel time radius generator is possible. I don't know or understand how to code or use APIs, but from reading on GIS blogs it seems very possible and it would be helpful to my office from a security/force protection standpoint.
