Instability in latest Geoda

COULD NOT CREATE A DISTANCE BASED WEIGHTS

[Steps you took before something went wrong]
-open a projected shapefile (points, British National Grid)
-tried to make a distance base weights matrix
-create did not open-
-before this numerous freezes with the same data
-surprising instability

Windows 10 latest version; 64 mb memory; 2 tb storage space; AMD Ryzen 9 3900.
