Incomplete conectivity in points weight matrix in GeoDa

Hello!

I have a points layer and I'm using a distance weighted matrix, that gives a warning about incomplete conectivity when trying to do a spatial K-means clustering, and then Geoda completely freezes. I'd like to know what is the best option to avoid that issue when creating the matrix so that the spatial K-means will run smoothly.
