Dear friends and colleagues in Open Space,
One of my passions is meetings using Open Space Technology as a way of life in organizations. We are currently in the planning stages of an OST meeting in the Genuine Contact Organization, held annually. It takes us all year to work with our selected actions. As taught by Harrison, a team of champions takes leadership for the actions that they are passionate about.
To make the most of an OST meeting inside an organization, it is valuable to adopt holistic organizational development, taking the whole into account as is done in the Genuine Contact Organization. Rachel Bolton and I will be facilitating a five day learning experience for participants to explore Holistic Organizational Development in the Netherlands June 25th through 28th.
