All UK meshes have a chance to respond. Many local meshes have been
supporting these folk for years but fall under the Government rada.

The Department for Children, Schools and Families announced last week a
consultation on Home Access to Technology. The consultation requests
views on a government plan to ensure that every family with learners has
access to ICT resources in the home, including a broadband Internet
connection.
