Attached are revised documents pursuant to our discussion.

- No changes were made to Form 1023.  It requires Marcin's signature on page 12 and the $850 filing fee payable to the "U.S. Treasury."

- No changes were made to Form 2848.  It requires Marcin's signature on page 2.

- No changes were made to the Conflict of Interest Policy.  It requires Colby's signature on page 4.

- Minor changes were made to the Attachments.  No signatures are necessary.

- The Bylaws were revised to (1) require a Board of 3 - 12 Directors, (2) make Marcin a Designated Director who can only be removed by amending the Bylaws (requires an 85% vote), and (3) allow Directors to postpone a regular or special meeting for up to 30 days.  It requires Colby's signature on page 8.

 

We should be good to go.  Please review and let me know if you have any questions.  If not, please return the signature pages and check.  I will then file the application.
