new jquery UI for oscurrency

i've been working on replacing the user interface with jquery and i'm
really happy with the results so far. you can try it out at
http://demo.opensourcecurrency.org

it's still very much a work in progress (on the "groupy" branch), but
the most important changes are finished:

-when you log in, your view is for your default group

-on the upper right, there is a dropdown menu where you can switch
your view to one of your other groups

-all the interactivity with reqs,bids,offers,forum posts, etc. on a
group view is ajaxified with jquery. currently using the really nice
aristo theme (recommended by @miky_altamore) although you can
certainly choose your own theme for your own fork
