ownership of oscurrency has been transferred to VTResilienceLab (the github account name changed to this yesterday).  if you are a developer, you will need to update your .git/config file.

i tagged the current master branch as "prologue" for reference.  the code in master branch hasn't changed in nearly 2 years but it seems very likely that it will change soon.
