"File not found" when initialising database

Hi,
I have run into a problem when setting up my database for the first
time.
I ran the "alldb_setup.odt" file, entered the MySQL root password and
then selected "Initialise The Database" however, the process stops at
the line: kill (chkfile), with an OpenOffice error message: "BASIC
run-time error. File not found."
