Firstly, I apologise for the length of time between updates, however, a combination of work commitments, and LibreOffice major version update, which required a fair amount of recoding, and testing, and there is still a niggle, in that the text formatting on the printed reports is picking up the system default rather than the saved settings, but fortunately it's not too drastic a problem
The latest database updates are now ready. They have been tested against LibreOffice 4.0.2 (The latest version).
Update java to the latest version.
Due to the amount of changes, as well as adding the new data.
Uninstall LibreOffice 3.6 and install LibreOffice 4.0.2, downloadable from the libreoffic website.
Once installed, copy the files
aircraft_log_database.odb
alldb_maint.odb
To your chosen directory
Edit the libreoffice macros, and replace 'My Macros' Standard macro contents, with the contents of the 'standard_lib.txt' in the unzipped folder after downloading the update.
Run the 'alldb_update.odt' as normal
When you start the database, enter the Data Management screen, and set the backup location again, it can be the same location as currently exists.
