LibreOffice 3.5 / Java 1.7 progress update

Hi All

Having completed some more testing using LibreOffice 3.5 and Java 1.7,
from this months updates the recommended releases will be LibreOffice
3.5 and Java 1.7, with the caveat that those using a 64 bit Windows
based operating system, use the x86 version of Java, and not the
x86_64 bit version, on Linux, there are no issues using the 64bit
version of Java.

I have re-written a fair amount of code, and modified every form
(screen), so much so that the screens render much more nicely than
before, now with just the reports to redesign, and the functional side
of the database will be ready for download.
