[ostdb] - Database updates finally ready

Hi All

I know it's been a rather long wait, however the updates are finally ready. THey have been tested against LibreOffice 3.6.1 (The latest version). Also, the google docs location is playing up, so only the sourcefourge project page contains the relevant file.

As well as data, there have been some tweaks to the front end databases, so you need to copy the new aircraft_log_database.odb and  alldb_maint.odb files to your relavant location.

Also, as an aside, if or when you do upgrade to LibreOffice 3.6, you will need to re-create the standardlib macro, as explained in the installation documentation.
