[OSTDB] : Aircraft Database Update - August 2011

Hi All

I've posted a database update. There have been some minor design
changes so be sure to replace your existing aircraft_log_database and
alldb_maint files with the ones provided in this update.

The update can be downloaded from the usual locations.
