Dear All,

One of our mail server running on cpanel hosted with data center.

now we need to configure zimbra mail server in the office for the same domain
so that zimbra retrieve all the mail from cpanel and distribute all email users of my office. Also we would keep mail copy on cpanel server so that if in future our office server gets crashed we will continue access the mails through cpanel without any mail lost and downtime.

Kindly help me to configure the mail server as above scenario.

Regards,
Ravi

Hi Ravi,

Simple to do! configure Zimbra with fetchmail. In fetchmail, fetch all emails with keep option.

Let me know if you have any confusion.

It's happening because you have accessed your emails from Webmail account and then tried to fetch emails using fetchmail. The status of emails get altered when you use webmail and fetchmail skip those.
