Hi Satveer,

You can use Jenkins(http://jenkins-ci.org/) for deployment. It is written in Java and for monitoring i suggest Opsview(http://www.opsview.com/node?currency=GBP), it uses Nagios client(NRPE) in back-end for monitoring.
