it was just that most of the posts i had seen were from last year.
I am about to do a ramps conversion on my k40 and i am sure it won't all be smooth sailing haha.

Given the hassle and the poor support, my preference would be to go for a cohesion3D board (£100 more expensive) which works with laserweb4 or just use the native communications
