Open Song "Scripture" and "Add Song" feature not working

Hey everyone, hope that everyone is doing good during these trying times

I just want to ask if anyone had experienced this kind of error on your Open Song Apps?

I'm using Windows 10 and Open Song Version 2.1

However, in DUAL Screen mode, we can't open the scriptures tab or add any songs either
