Import Online

Why am I constantly having issues importing online? I use either SongSelect or Ultimate Guitar and when I open a chord sheet, the import button on opensong never appears. 

This has been happening more and more often lately.

On SongSelect the import button never will appear - it would have told you that in the pop up help window the first time you used it.  This was a change in order to make sure the app complies will any licence requirements.  Instead you use the song select download options and opensongapp will intercept the download for you.
For UG are you using 'Chord' versions of the song, not pro, etc?  The app needs to wait until all the UG adverts finish loading before it can scan for
