Backing up more than one thing at a time?

There are certain thing I Backup often.  For me it seems to be Songs, Sets and Pads.  So naturally, I am thinking it would be great to be able to backup (and/or  restore) all three at the same time.  Possible?

Maybe a backup (and/or  restore) option where I can select from several check boxes?  Songs, Sets, Pads?

Pads? Not familiar with that part.

I originally planned that, but if you have lots of audio files, etc. The backup file becomes huge and then most ways of sharing that backup (email, WhatsApp, etc refuse to handle it).  I would recommend the synchronisation options mentioned in the other thread
