beatbuddy drumset selection problem V6.0.0 beta37

Hello everybody
I have a small problem with the “drum set” command for the beat buddy dynamic message utility, the selected drum set does not correspond in the beatbuddy.
I previously reset the beatbuddy data in opensong.
The proposed list is good, but the selection does not match.
Everything else works perfectly, thanks again Gareth for this work.

Hi Pierre-Yves,

If you reset OpenSongApp, you will need to re-synchronise the BeatBuddy configuration (by connecting it to OpenSongApp).  Depending on the version of the firmware you are running and the default kit set up, the drum kits are sometimes in different orders.

Hello Gareth, thank you for your quick response. My problem only arises with the control of dynamic midi messages. If I manually add a midi drumset command (static midi), it works. So that’s what I’m doing now. Everything else is extra. One last idea for instrumentalists, being able to click on the chord to see it in a small window would be perfect...But that's not the main thing!

It definitely sounds like you aren't using drumset v2.1 on the BeatBuddy or the latest firmware.  These changed the positions of the dance and brushes kits and will cause the drumset chosen in the dynamic messages to be wrong.

Synchronising your pedal to OpenSongApp will fix the dynamic midi messages to use the correct drumset on your device.  It will also create a csv file with all the information OpenSongApp needs to build correct dynamic midi messages for your pedal.  It saves this to your OpenSong/Settings folder so you can quickly import it again if you uninstall/reinstall OpenSongApp.   Importing only takes about 1 minutes and requires you to connect your BeatBuddy (or SD card) to your Android device with a USB cable or card reader.
