When you open the app, the app should give you the option of indexing the songs. If you let it do that, your can skip this the next time you start up. You only need to index the songs if you have added me songs to your library (via Dropbox).

Hi Gareth, I have used your amazing app for many years. I have an issue at the moment, I have a lot of songs and I find that each time I open the app for church, it takes a very long time to load the songs. To the point that, I cant just open and use it. Not sure if it might have to do with the android system optimizing cache or something like that. The songs are on the phone itself and synched with a dropbox folder, which I sync every now and then when new songs were added. Should it be loading each time like that? Shouldnt the app already have the songs ready to go? I know it is most probably an android issue. Any ideas on how I can improve this? Thanks again for the great work you do. I am using a vivo v25e.

Hi Gareth, the problem is that it does a full indexing everytime, even when I have made no changes.
