AutoScroll - Counting down the delay and timing the hide to it.

I'm not sure if I have brought this up before.  I think it would be really useful if when starting AutoScroll the delay time counted down instead of up and if the AutoHide happened after the delay. ie: 

Hit Scroll - delay counts down and then the Auto hide delay setting starts and auto hides after that amount of time.

Hope I explained that well enough to be understandable.
