submit apps -> "Bad, bad server! No donut for you"

When I try to submit my application to verify it on the last step I
recieve "Bad, bad server! No donut for you"  error. It's occurs when I
press "Submit" button. Can you please help me to solve this issue?

We cleaned the cache and cookies. Tried to run the latest versions of chrome and mozilla.javascript - enable but nothing helped........

You may have some kind of error on your XML file. Please check it and refer to the documentation available on http://code.google.com/apis/orkut/docs/on-site-apps/index.html and http://code.google.com/apis/orkut/docs/on-site-apps/patterns.html
