IMPORTANT: New App Submission Process (effective 7/23/2012)

Starting today, we are introducing some changes to the application submission and review process on Orkut. Developers wishing to publish an application to Orkut's directory must now fill out and submit an electronic form providing detailed information about the application. The application submission form is available here: http://goo.gl/JiMu7. You must submit this form for each application you wish to publish.

Applications that have been submitted before today and are currently pending must be resubmitted through the new process. Each submission will be reviewed in order to make sure they are compliant with both the Developer Guidelines, Orkut Community Standards and Orkut Privacy Policy.

Also, please be aware of the common reasons for application rejection and make sure that your application is clear of these problems before submitting.

Nope, apps that are on the air will stay on the air! Nothing changes for them.
