Orkut sandbox not showing applications?

Hi-

I'm new to this, so please go easy if the question seems rudimentary.

I just got access to sandbox.orkut.com, and I *thought* I was supposed
to see a button that says either "Applications" or "Manage" on the
left side. I don't see anything like that. Now that I've been enabled
for sandbox access, am I supposed to do something else to make this
work?

I noticed something else. I have 2 accounts from 2 different emails
(so that I can test stuff with friends in isolation). The second
account, the one that didn't receive the email, has "manage stuff" on
the left side. But its not hitting sandbox, so that couldn't mean
anything.

Anyways, thanks in advance for your help. I'm urgently trying to get
some stuff built before the hackathon Thursday.
