Debugging and Tracing Javascript in OS Apps

Is it possible to trace the code execution (set breakpoints, step in/
out etc...) for the javascript in OS apps built in OSDE?

I notice in firefox that the javascript code is somewhat minified and
combined with the other JS files which makes it nearly impossible to
trace with Firebug.

Whats the best solution for debugging complex JS for opensocial apps?
