It's odd, I have no problem with updated to my external JS files when
I refresh the browser view of my gadget, but the CSS files proxied
through Shindig don't refersh unless I stop and restart the Shindig
server.

Does anyone know of a way to clear the Shindig file cache or turn it
off completely?

Gratefully,
HariKaram Singh

SOLVED

Find the file "webdefault.xml" in your ".osde" subfolder of your OS's
users folder ("C:\Users\Hari Karam\.osde" for mine on Win7)

Find the section

<init-param>
<param-name>cacheControl</param-name>
<param-value>max-age=3600,public</param-value>
</init-param>

And change "3600" to "0"...
