Open OSDE for extensions - adding own sample data

Hi Group,

I extended the current OSDE source files (0.9.3) for my own to create
my own menu entry for importing user profiles. (It’s based on the
‘Create Sample Date in Shinding’.) But OSDE was hard to extend, cause
the plugin is not open for extension ... cause of internal packages
etc. So my featrue request is, is it possible to open the plugin for
extensions?

Actually, you are very welcome to join OSDE development (as a
contributor/committer).

As for your questions, I would say Yes, it is possible.
