How to get the userID in the name of a social network's user

I am currently in my company to develop a module to access data from
my company contacts that have profiles on social networks.

I do not have UserId of them, can I get it? If so, how?

How can I access their information?

You can get list of friends for an authenticated user and get the id
from the information returned.
