Hi guys!
Orkut team released a 3legged java based library, which allow developers to interact with Orkut externally - send scraps, activities, read friends, etc..
Most of this features are supported by opensocial-php-client, and with some minor modifications was able to make it work. Got in touch with Arne to understand how i can submit patches to opensocial-php-client, instead of setuping a new project.
Just to let you know, more details on the thread i posted on opensocial-orkut below. Feedbacks appreciated.
Regards,
Robson Dantas

Subject: Porting orkut-os-client to PHP - status
To:
opensoci...@googlegroups.comHi guys!
After some days reading the java source code to understand how i can start porting things to php, figure out that opensocial-php-client (
http://code.google.com/p/opensocial-php-client/ ) can handle almost everything developed in java. In another words, things you've already done using REST or RPC, can be used without any big changes.
At this point, with my modifications, you can read scraps, get friends, pictures, albums using 3legged. Will commit the code tonight (
http://code.google.com/p/opensocial-php-client/ ), and will be great to have some feedback from you, if it's a reasonable way to handle this work.
Regards,
Robson Dantas
