OpenSocial Foundation board meeting and election

Hey folks,

We had talked previously about having a board meeting this week, but it seems like we could meet once we have composed the full board (after the community elections). I am not aware of any pressing issues for the board, though I'll follow-up with David Liu about progress towards securing D&O insurance, and Ben Lee about the progress on the CLA draft.

With regards to the elections, I propose that we require all community board member nominations be submitted by the end of the month (Sept 30), and run the election immediately after that.
