You can navigate to it by clicking the "Browse the application
directory" button in the applications page.

no that won't get the application in the directory.. currently orkut itself adds sample gadgets there, its not open for developers yet..

Aakash is correct - the current gadgets directory is not linked to the
Orkut directory.

There'll be an Orkut application directory that will accept
submissions from external developers, but this is not live yet. When
it is ready, we will be making announcements describing how to submit
your applications to be listed there.
