how do I represent an Activity with 2 users??

If I have an activity in Ning (or whatever container) which looks
like:
Margaret left a comment for Hanna
where there are 2 users, how is this activity represented?
In opensocial.Activity.Field.html I see USER_ID which, I guess covers
the first user in my example, Margaret, but where does Hanna go?
