OpenSocial 2.5.1 Call for Vote

This is the official vote on OpenSocial 2.5.1.  Voting will end on Friday, August 30th.  If between now and then the OpenSocial 2.5.1 specification receives 5 +1 votes and no -1 votes, it will be approved and published as the latest specification on opensocial.org. All contributors to OpenSocial 2.5.1 have already signed the appropriate IPR.  That list will also be made publicly available once 2.5.1 is published.  OpenSocial members need just reply to this thread with a +1, 0, or -1 to indicate your vote.

Laurent-Walter Goix and Matthew Marum were the only two authors of changes for the OpenSocial 2.5.1 release and both have signed the OpenSocial CLA.

OpenSocial 2.5.1 is now published.  opensocial.org has been updated.

Thank you very much Matt for the excellent work in moving this forward over these years and having the spec updated, released and publicized!

 

I am looking forward to promoting it further within the mobile community as well together with the OMA Social Network Web (SNEW) enabler that already references this version and have just been released for public comments [1].
