OpenSocial RESTful API Consensus

I'm seeing 100% +1's on moving forward, nobody voting against, and some comments raising non-blocking issues.  Looks like we have consensus that we should move forward with the RESTful API draft spec (with a bunch of open issues to be resolved).  I'll work on getting the open issues addressed, putting together a time line for next drafts, and on helping with the reference implementation over on shindig-dev.   Thanks!
