oauth popup proposal for 0.9

I've implemented a prototype of the gadgets.oauth.Popup proposal for
opensocial 0.9.

There are very minor differences from the approved spec proposal, just
to bring the interface more in line with the rest of the js apis.
Scott, you had opinions about the old interface; are you OK with the
new one?

Can you post a proposed patch to the gadget's spec?
