Need for access to a larger profile picture

We'd like to have access to the url of a larger profile picture than
the THUMBNAIL that is currently available in the opensocial specs.
There is some thought that this should be provided through album
functionality, but I think it makes more sense to put this on the user
object in parallel with the current thumbnail. Albums add permissions
issues that shouldn't apply to the profile pic.
