The need for view to show in the core container preloadGadget and preloadGadgets

Hey Guys,

For osapi.container.Container.prototype.preloadGadget and
osapi.container.Container.prototype.preloadGadgets I think we need the
desired view information right?

Especially its needed to build the gadget iframe url as part of the
gadget metadata request.

From a spec point of view I don't think that is necessary. The
metadata returned for the gadget does not depend on the view. Plus
until the metadata is returned you have no idea what views are
available in the gadget. The container can add the view once the
gadget is rendered.
