We here at Sefaria know that people want Talmud translations. The Talmud is one of our core texts, and it is still inaccessible to non-Hebrew/Aramaic speakers on Sefaria.
We recently completed an agreement with Dr. Joshua Kulp and The Conservative Yeshiva to have all of the material that Dr. Kulp is producing for the daf shevui program on masechtot megillah and sukkah, including a translation and commentary on each, to be released under the CC0 license so that we can use it on Sefaria. Masechet Sukkah has been completed, and the daf shevui program is currently in the middle of Megillah.
What this means for us is that we can copy all of the materials from Sukkah and Megillah to Sefaria, giving us a complete translation of both, as well as Dr. Kulp's explanation. However, we need to actually get it into the system. Adding a translation and making the line breaks match up takes some time. This is where all of our wonderful volunteers come in. To add the translation of masechet sukkah or massechet Megillah you just have to copy from the Daf Shevui homepage into Sefaria and make sure that the English text lines up properly with our Hebrew. I've also personally found it easier to do from the PDFs that Daf Shevui provides because they do a better job of separating the translation from the explanation. This is a great way to contribute to Sefaria, and it doesn't require any programming skill.
One quick note: when adding translation, please use the version title already set up. If you're adding text to a page that has been started you can select the text version by clicking on the "about text" button at the bottom of the screen and selecting the text version (Daf Shevui) that you want. When adding a new page, just make sure to select copied text, and put Daf Shevui in the "Version Title" field. The URL will populate automatically.
