Responsibilities:
• Develop and optimize the agent and customer experience within AWS
Connect.
• Implement user-friendly and responsive UI components.
• Work with UX designers to create intuitive workflows.
• Integrate front-end applications with backend services.
Skills:
• Proficiency in React, Angular, or Vue.js.
• Strong knowledge of UI/UX best practices for contact centers.
• Experience with API integration and real-time data visualization
