The OpenSF conference proper is held in a hotel with good wheelchair accessibility.  The meeting rooms are on the main lobby floor and a lower lobby floor, with a responsive elevator connecting the two.  All the meeting rooms have a flat entrance, possibly excepting a threshold bump.

The one exception is the lower lobby bathroom, which has a twisty ramp.  The main lobby bathrooms have a flat entrance.

During the sessions, we will have marked areas reserved for wheelchairs.

The various events at the hotel will therefore be wheelchair accessible: Poly Speed Dating and Cuddle Connection.  Poly Speed Dating has a mechanism to avoid making people with mobility issues switch stations or rooms.

Love Triangle will be held at the Blue Macaw, which has a flat entrance into the bar and dance floor.  It also has a smaller upstairs lounge area that is only accessible by stairs, but due to the space arrangement people tend not to hang out up there.

However, Pink at Mission Control is NOT wheelchair accessible.  Entrance to Mission Control is via a long and somewhat narrow straight staircase, and there's no elevator alternative.
