Hi all,

Just a refresher about a website listing software for diifferent microarray and NGS applications.

I recently searched for my original email, and found that the link there was not working anymore. THe link above does.

Hope this can help
Kevin

It is important to keep abreast of the continuous development of NGS and array software and avoid redundancy. OMICtools (http://omictools.com) provides an overview of more than 2200 tools. All tools have been classified and detailed information provided. By making this resource available, we aim to help both bioinformatics experts and other researchers find appropriate tools for their needs. The directory can also be used by life scientists as an educational or quick-reference support. Arnaud
