Meeting Monday 4th November

Hi all,

There will be a meeting next Monday at 2pm in the Interactive Hub in the Conway Institute.

From my previous email, the agenda seems to be:

• Catherine already has some news on her RNAseq data. 
  
• I could present you an R package I am finishing based on  http://www.ncbi.nlm.nih.gov/pubmed/22849396. Designed for microarray ExpressionSet, but applicable to NGS too.

Hopefully, I won't forget my laptop on Monday!

Any other suggestion of topic to discuss, please reply to this email.

As always, feel free to invite interested young and experienced NGS users around you.
