Hi

We are registering a scoping review protocol using the Generalized Systematic Review Registration form.

Is there a way to attach the doc version of the protocol which includes our cited references to this form? I don't see a spot to upload the protocol, just instructions to screeners. Should I just copy the reference list into the background section of the form, since most of the citations are in that section?

Thanks for your help
Cari

Hi Cari,

The easiest way to add your protocol to your registration is through "Open Resources". Simply, follow the steps listed below or this help guide has illustrated steps to walk you through the process.
  1. Upload your protocol to a public project or component.
  2. Create a DOI from that project/component.
  3. Open your registration and go to the "Open Resources" tab on the left side panel
  4. Click the green "+" button.
  5. Type in the DOI (Note: the DOI that's currently there is a placeholder).
  6. Type in any descriptive information that will help readers find the appropriate file.
  7. Click submit.
I hope this helps! If you have any further questions, you can contact me at ma...@cos.io.

Thanks!
