Pre-registration fields not populating

Hi,

I am trying to pre-register a study using the secondary data form. I've filled all the fields in, but when I review the draft the "data collection", "codebook" and "manipulated variables" fields are listed as "no response". When I go back to the pages that these fields are on I can see the text that I have written but for some reason it's not being pulled into the review. If I log out and log back in then the text for these fields completely disappears from the review, but also the individual pages where the text was entered.

I have tried creating a new draft, but am having the same issue - is there a way to fix this?
